1. General

This website provides information about private music lessons by Doron Cohen in Ashkelon and the surrounding area. Use of the website, contacting us, and booking lessons are subject to these terms.

2. Booking and Payments

Lessons are scheduled personally by phone, WhatsApp, or through the contact form. Payment is made at the beginning of the lesson or in advance, as agreed. Prices on the website are general information and may change with advance notice.

3. Cancellations

Lesson cancellation or rescheduling should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Short-notice cancellations may be charged unless otherwise agreed.

4. Lesson Conduct

Students are expected to arrive on time, bring a working instrument when needed, and maintain respectful conduct. For minors, lesson coordination and approval are the responsibility of a parent or guardian.

5. Website Information

We try to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but prices, availability, and service details may change. If there is a difference between the website and a personal agreement, the latest personal agreement applies.

6. Responsibility

Lessons are educational services and do not guarantee a specific result. Students or parents are responsible for personal equipment and safe arrival to the lesson. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Privacy

Use of the contact form is also subject to the website privacy policy.

8. Governing Law

These terms are subject to Israeli law. Israeli courts have jurisdiction.
